At Futureproof Peptides, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday, or at any time during the weekend, will be processed and dispatched on the next working Monday.

Please note that dispatch times may vary during public holidays or periods of exceptionally high order volumes. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation along with any available tracking information. Delivery times will depend on the shipping service selected at checkout and your destination.

While we work with trusted delivery partners, delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once your parcel has left our facility.

International Shipping

We ship to a range of international destinations where available.

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, or no international shipping options are available for your location, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order. In some cases, we may be able to arrange an alternative shipping solution depending on your destination.
